How often should I change my filter?

Short answer:

A visual check of the Healtheair filter is required.

When the light coloured filter medium has changed from medium to dark grey (trapped and accumulated pollutants – dust, lint, pollens virus carriers etc) it’s time for a new one.

Long answer:

For home: replace the filter every 200hrs of work time*

For Example: a system operating at 4hrs per day,7 days = 28hrs/week X 7 weeks = 196hrs.

For Office: Every 1-3 months visual check or have a regular maintenance programme** in place.

*  Two important factors that will impact on the filter replacement.
a.  The actual running time of the system – (how many hours per week is the system on?)
b.  The environment in which the filter is subjected to (is the home or office in a light, medium or heavy polluted surrounding? )
